Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours of operation?

Monday to Friday our therapists are available to make appointments any time during the day as well as after 5 p.m. Some Saturday appointments may also be available.

Do you accept insurance?

We are approved providers for the following health insurance plans:

  • Presbyterian Health Plan
  • Presbyterian Senior Plan
  • Lovelace Health Plan
  • Lovelace Senior Plan
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  • Medicaid/Salud Programs
  • Magellan
  • Humana
  • We may also be able to work with your insurance plan as an out-of-network provider.

Are you a provider for my Employee Assistance Program?

We are Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers for

  • Corporate Health Resources
  • Deer Oaks
  • LifeSynch/Humana
  • Magellan
  • INOVA
  • The EAP
  • We also contract with out-of-state plans, as needed.

How do I make an appointment?

During office hours contact our main office at (505) 891-1583. After taking some basic information we'll have one of our therapists get in touch with you to make an appointment directly with you.
