When it was time for me to seek help for myself, I called The Enhancement Center.  I gave them some general information and then explained what I felt I needed in a therapist.  I needed someone who would talk "with" me.  I did not need a person who just took it all in without sharing.  Lastly, I needed a therapist that would hold me accountable for my good mental health.

The Enhancement Center found that person.  My therapist did not just listen, we had real conversations.  Conversations that helped me to trust and to understand.  I began to understand myself and my world.  I have seen positive changes in my life as well as others who share that life with me.  For that gift, I am grateful and cannot thank him enough. -CC
